​Customization: Customers are responsible for providing accurate details for custom gifts. Once production begins, changes to custom orders may not be possible.

​4. Shipping and Delivery
​Processing times vary by product. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

​Custom Items: Due to their personalized nature, custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
​Standard Items: Returns for non-custom items must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition.
​Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photo documentation.
